The following items are prohibited at the Boise X Games Qualifier:
- Glass containers
- Tents or structures
- Sound amplifiers
- Illegal substances, drugs/narcotics
- Professional cameras
- Folding chairs
Photography and Video Recording
Commercial photography or videography is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in ejection and/or loss of credential/ticket. Specifically, the following equipment is not permitted: Lenses greater than three and one half inches in length, telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind, interchangeable lenses of any kind, monopods or tripods or flash equipment of any kind. All wireless equipment must be cleared by ESPN.
By attending the X Games event, you are entering an event where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
By entering the event premises and attending this event, you unequivocally and irrevocably consent to be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded and grant permission to the City of Boise, its employees, agents, and assigns in perpetuity to use, edit and republish worldwide your likeness and voice for any advertising, exhibition, commercial or other promotional purposes without payment or any other consideration.
By entering the event premises and attending the event, you additionally waive all rights and claims you may have in connection with any and all photographs, video and/or audio recordings. Furthermore, you release the City of Boise, its employees, agents, and assigns from any liability connected with the taking, recording, use, or publication or all images, video and/or sound recordings.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering this event.
If you do not agree to all of the foregoing terms, either contact the event coordinator on site prior to entrance for accommodation or do not enter this event.
Parking is available in parking lots surrounding the venue a short walk away. We encourage carpooling and alternative forms of transportation. Additional information on parking and shuttle services will be provided soon.
Roads in and around the park will be blocked off starting on June 8 and closures will continue over the course of the weekend. Please view the map and make plans for accessing the park.
